Going on the Journey  

Although the journey is different for each person, therapy has a beginning, middle, and end.

I think it is important for an individual pursuing their personal work of emotional exploration to know at the outset that there is not a prescribed treatment plan that fits everyone.

The length and nature of the healing process is unique to the individual, depending on their concerns and the goals being sought out. There are times when the path to healing feels difficult and painful. Yet even when the ground beneath may be experienced as unstable, the travel towards greater health is not done alone.

My work with clients seeks to provide support and care, while also endearing the utmost respect and trust in the client’s inherent strengths each step of the way.
